豬流感
如何防範豬流感？
1. 若出現不適症狀如感冒、傷風等，應第一時間看醫生。
2. 使用紙巾後不要隨意亂丟。
3. 勤於洗手，並且勿與人握手、親嘴。
4. 遠離公共場合。
甚麼是豬流感？一種奇特的混合體。 包含人流感病毒、禽流感病毒和豬流感病毒特徵。 此病毒是通過人傳人，主要受感染者是年輕人。 染病者最初出現類似普通流感症狀，包括發燒、咳嗽、喉嚨痛、氣促、肌肉和關節疼痛，在5天內會惡化成嚴重呼吸道疾病。

問：不接觸疑似流感症狀患者，就不會染豬流感？
答：是的，但因豬流感患者在發病前一天到發病後7天都有傳染力，旁人可能在無症狀下遭感染。
世衛4級警告，豬流感可能透過人傳人，隨時會全球大爆發！
第1級：人類感染風險低
第2級：人類感染風險高
第3級：不存在或者只存在極為有限的人傳人風險
第4級：有證據顯示人傳人風險增加
第5級：有證據顯示病毒明顯具人傳人性質
第6級：.流行病病毒有效地且持續性地具人傳人性質

Air Asia Ticket Booking 101 Know
This is a REMINDER FOR MYSELF WHEN I WANNA MANAGE MY BOOKING through online
To do:
go air asia web site -> booking (on top of the web site) -> manage my booking -> manage booking -> fill in the booking number and other details -> click the "find itinerary" -> then change your details.(either name, flight date/time, refund, destination......)
for change name, no charges within ...how many days....
for change of flight details such as date, destination or time, it will charge RM 100. plus the different price of the air ticket.
eg.
30 april for alor setar to kl(lcct) -2 person

fare rm110

admin fee rm45
airport tax rm18
...............
supersize regular (up to 15kg) rm10
goinsure premium rm12

if wanna change date to 17 may 2009
fare +rm 110
including rm 100 charge
date line of flight change : 2 days before departure time
