To do:
go air asia web site -> booking (on top of the web site) -> manage my booking -> manage booking -> fill in the booking number and other details -> click the "find itinerary" -> then change your details.(either name, flight date/time, refund, destination......)
for change name, no charges within ...how many days....
for change of flight details such as date, destination or time, it will charge RM 100. plus the different price of the air ticket.
eg.
30 april for alor setar to kl(lcct) -2 person
................
fare rm110
..............
admin fee rm45
airport tax rm18
...............
supersize regular (up to 15kg) rm10
goinsure premium rm12
.................
total amount rm195
if wanna change date to 17 may 2009
fare +rm 110
including rm 100 charge
date line of flight change : 2 days before departure time
